Hike to Mount Falcon, Colorado

12 miles roundtrip from the Morrison trailhead. Trails walked: Castle Trail, Walker’s Dreams Trail, Meadows Trail, Parmalee Trail, and Tower Trail. Elevation at Mt. Falcon summit: 7,941 feet. Visited the Walker Mansion ruins, Eagle Eye Shelter, and the tower at the summit of Mt. Falcon. Encountered two elks and a rabbit. Thunderstorm on the way back. Light rain. Tired.
