A couple of stops here for $5 showers. Meeker Park was born in 1922 on an abandoned 160-acre lot below Mt. Meeker (elevation: 13, 911 feet; second highest summit inside Rocky Mountains National Park after Longs Peak). The rustic interior of the lodge is interesting. Very small paid showers but the water was hot. Good enough for dirty hikers.
