Moose Encounter in Lilly Lake

Moose crossing the southern loop of Lilly Lake Trail in Rocky Mountain National Park.  

Funny when one encounters wildlife close to very accesible trails and zero in the remote wilderness. This moose was eating right by the trail and then crossed it to move closer to Lilly Lake.
