Crater Lakes Trail

The trail to Crater Lakes in the Rocky Mountains.
On the way to the Crater Lakes of Colorado. 

The trailhead is at the East Portal of the Moffat Tunnel. The route goes into the James Peak Wilderness following South Boulder Creek. Length to the lower lakes: ~6 miles. Gain elevation: ~1,400 feet. I felt some elevation sickness by the junction to Crater Lake and couldn't finish the trail. What a pity!
