The Freedom Tower is Shrinking

The Freedom Tower in downtown Miami. 

The tower from 1925 looks a tiny speckle surrounded by modern high-rise buildings. 17 stories inspired by the Giralda Tower of Seville, Spain. It hosted a newspaper (The Miami News) and Cubans fleeing Fidel Castro. The “Ellis Island of the South”. A relic getting smaller.
