Amazing scenery with dramatic red sandstone formations near Denver, Colorado. A designated natural landmark of the US and a geological wonder. Hiked Fountain Valley (2.20 miles) and Willow Creek (1.45 miles). Easy trails. The first one has the historic Henry Persse place. Nice stone house from 1903. Persse named his ranch Roxborough after his previous home region in Pennsylvania. The park inherited this name.
